• Freight forwarding or physical logistics services. These are handled by GCE Logistics B.V. under a separate freight engagement where applicable.
• Legal representation or legal advice. We act as the registered entity of record, not as legal counsel.
• Guarantees of customs clearance outcomes. While we manage the compliance process with full diligence, clearance decisions are ultimately made by customs authorities.

• Customs clearance is subject to the sovereign authority of each country's customs body.
• Where goods are subject to import or export controls, dual-use classifications, or special licensing requirements, the client is responsible for informing IOR Service of these requirements prior to shipment.
